Charter Service Information
1. Quotation Coverage: Rates are primarily based on departures within the urban area of a single city or county. Additional charges may apply to intercity travel, remote mountain areas, or special destinations depending on distance.
2. Chauffeur Accommodation Allowance: For itineraries lasting two or more consecutive days that require an overnight stay outside the departure city or county, a chauffeur accommodation allowance of NT$1,500 per night will apply.
3. Tax Information: All quoted amounts are exclusive of tax. A 5% tax will be added if an invoice is required.
4. Door-to-Door Transfers: Pick-up and drop-off services are available at designated locations, including hotels, guesthouses, and private residences.
5. Child Safety Seats: One child safety seat may be provided free of charge per vehicle. Please notify customer service in advance when making your reservation.
6. Customized Itineraries: Itineraries and quotations may be customized according to passenger requirements. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
7. Transparent Pricing: All charges will be clearly listed in the quotation. No additional fees will be charged during the service unless passengers request extended hours or itinerary changes.
Airport Transfer Information
1. Rates are based on pick-up and drop-off at one location. Additional charges will apply for each extra stop, depending on the distance.
2. Airport greeting sign service is NT$100. Child safety seats are NT$100 per seat.
3. If airport pick-up waiting time exceeds 60 minutes, a waiting fee of NT$1,000 per hour will apply.
4. All prices are exclusive of tax. A 5% tax will be added if an invoice is required.
